Any claim against Factors or any Journal Owner must be filed within one month of your knowledge of the existence of such claim.
- Exclusion of Factors Users and Removal of User Submissions
Factors explicitly retains the right to decline registration applications and/or suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion.
“Factors” may, at its sole discretion, terminate a user’s access to the website or account, if registration is required.
Factors, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any material submitted by you and/or any user, in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason at all. This includes any material that Factors determines to be in violation of its standards.
